**After you have contacted us and we've discussed the design you have in mind, we will be reaching back out to you to send over a rough sketch of what we have created for you. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND : custom shoes are extremely time consuming and we will have a 2 week turn around time. Please make sure that you have a clear idea of what you would like painted on your shoes so we can make the design time more successful and efficient. If we do not receive a confirmation about the design within 24 hours, we will assume that the design has been APPROVED and we will begin creating.
